Membership in the Society is open to physicians, nurses, and other health professionals interested in advancing their expertise and/or contributing to the growing knowledge about the diagnostic and therapeutic uses of laparoendoscopic and other minimally invasive techniques.

To join SLS, please complete an Online Membership Application.  Or fill in and print a Membership Application and return it with a check or money order for payment of your annual dues, in U.S. Funds.

•US $75 for residents/fellows/retired surgeons

Patient Referral and Free Internet Listing
Free listing on the SLS "Find A Doctor" directory on the Internet at www.sls.org and www.laparoscopy.org. Physician Members are listed on the SLS web site by city and state. Members' specialty, telephone number, and e-mail addresses are included in the listing, as well as a "hot link" to the member's practice website.

Free subscription to JSLS, Journal of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons
A quarterly, peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal that seeks to advance the understanding and practice of minimally invasive, image-guided surgery.
